In order to implement the 'Air Pollution Prevention and Control Action Plan' and vigorously promote the prevention and control of volatile organic compounds pollution in the petrochemical industry, we organized the preparation of the 'Guidelines for the Investigation of VOCs Pollution Sources in the Petrochemical Industry (Draft for Comments)' and the 'Guidelines for Leakage Detection and Repair of Petrochemical Enterprises (Draft for Comments)', and publicly solicited opinions on the two documents in May 2015. Based on feedback and related research, we further sorted out the relevant content in the work guide, revised and completed the 'Guidelines for the Investigation of VOCs Pollution Sources in the Petrochemical Industry (Second Draft for Comments)' and 'Guidelines for Leakage Detection and Repair of Petrochemical Enterprises (Second Draft for Comments)', and established EXCEL calculation tables for the estimation methods of each source item, each table comes with a calculation example.
Feedback to our department a few days ago. The electronic version of the materials for soliciting opinions can be searched in the 'Solicitation of Opinions' section of our ministry's website (http://www.mep.gov.cn/).
