TS IP11 injection filler

structure:

TS IP11 injection filler is uniformly mixed with fiber/filler, solid lubricant, and grease. Use an injection gun to manually inject the product between the two packing end rings of the stuffing box of a pump or valve, and compress it to form a packing seal.

performance:

Because TS IP11 can be directly injected into the stuffing box while the pump and valve are running, there is no need to stop and maintenance costs are reduced. Its low friction coefficient helps reduce wear on the shaft or sleeve and prolongs the life of the equipment. It is easy to fit with the shaft, valve stem and stuffing box, and can occasionally be used on worn shafts or stuffing boxes with rough surfaces. In addition, it has broad compatibility with media including water, oil, acid, alkali and solvent.
