TS 4091 aramid fiber corner-reinforced PTFE filler is woven from 100% pure PTFE threads, and the corners are reinforced with aramid fiber impregnated with PTFE emulsion. This braided structure greatly improves wear resistance and is suitable for dynamic sealing of higher linear speeds and higher pressure media.
application:
TS 4091 is suitable for pumps, valves and rotating machinery in industrial sectors such as chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, food, paper and electric power. Suitable for wear-prone media containing solid particles, and is recommended for use in superheated steam, solvents, liquefied gas, syrup and other fluids containing particles.
