TS 411 oil-containing polytetrafluoroethylene filler

TS 411 oil-impregnated PTFE filler is woven from oil-impregnated PTFE fibers. Lubricating oil is added to the filler to reduce the friction coefficient and prevent heat generation even when used on the surface of high-speed rotating shafts. The coreless full braiding method increases the density of the filler, enhances the corrosion resistance and friction resistance of the filler, and has excellent self-lubricating and anti-sticking properties.

TS 411 is widely used in papermaking, food industry, medicine, chemical fiber, fine chemicals and other equipment, pumps and valves where contamination is not allowed, and has excellent sealing performance. Applicable to all media except fluoride ions and molten alkali metals.
