TS 204 impregnated PTFE aramid fiber filler is woven from aramid fiber impregnated with PTFE emulsion and lubricant. It has good chemical resistance, high resilience and cold flow resistance. TS 204 has excellent high speed resistance and friction resistance. Compared with other types of fillers, it is resistant to granular crystallization media and can be used alone or in combination with other fillers. It is a good asbestos replacement product in pump systems.
TS 204 is widely used in various types of pumps, valves, and rotating machinery in petrochemical, chemical, food, pharmaceutical, papermaking, electric power and other industrial sectors. Suitable for wear-prone media containing solid particles, recommended for superheated steam, solvents, liquefied gas, syrup and other fluids containing particles.
