Features:
Metal spiral wound gaskets are made of metal strips of a certain width and cross-sectional shape (usually V-shaped or W-shaped) and soft filling materials, which are continuously wound with each other, and have a metal inner ring and/or outer ring. Metal spiral wound gaskets are combined with a variety of metal materials and fillers to adapt to different applications.

application:
TS G1 metal spiral gasket has good universal applicability. The applicable media include: steam, hydrogen, natural gas, cracked gas, oil, acid, alkali, salt solution, etc. It is widely used in nuclear power, petroleum, chemical industry, papermaking, electric power and other industries.
Type:
In addition to round shapes, TS G1 metal spiral gaskets can also be provided in oval, rectangular, oblong and other shapes according to user requirements. Metal spiral wound gaskets are divided into basic type, inner ring type, outer ring type and inner and outer ring type to adapt to different flange sealing surface types, as shown in the table below.
TS G1 metal spiral wound gasket type
TS G11 type inner and outer ring type | On the basis of the outer ring, an inner ring is added to become the inner dead center of the compression gasket, while blocking the erosion of the flange sealing surface by high temperature and corrosive media. Suitable for flat and raised face flanges, especially suitable for high temperature and high pressure working conditions. |
TS G12 type inner ring type | On the basis of the basic type, a metal inner ring is added to block pressure and fill the gaps in the inner hole of the flange and the inner edge of the gasket to prevent solid accumulation, reduce fluid impact, and minimize the erosion of the flange surface. Suitable for concave and convex flanges. |
TS G13 type outer ring type |
The outer ring is added to the basic type so that the gasket can be accurately located in the center of the flange sealing surface and provides additional reinforcement to prevent the gasket from being crushed and can also become the outer stop point of the compression gasket. Suitable for flat and raised face flanges. |
TS G14 type basic type |
Made of alternately wound metal strips and filler material, suitable for concave and convex flanges, tongue and groove flanges and flat surfaces - Grooved flange. |
