Features:
TS G8 metal ring gasket is a thick-section metal ring that contacts the sealing surface of the flange ring groove to form a high contact pressure to ensure a tight and reliable seal. It is suitable for high pressure, high temperature and alternating working conditions. If the materials are properly selected, they can be used in high temperature (1000°C) and corrosive conditions. Controlling the hardness of the metal annular gasket can ensure good sealing without damaging the sealing surface of the flange annular groove.

G83 | During pre-tightening, the outer side of the RX annular pad is in contact with the flange annular groove. After boosting, the contact pressure between the annular pad and the flange annular groove increases, making it more resistant to vibration, pressure fluctuations and shocks. This ring gasket is compatible with ASME B16.5, ASME B16.47 and API 6A 6B annular groove sealing surface flange. The upper limit of operating pressure can reach 350 bar. |
