Features:
TS G90 spring-reinforced metal C-ring consists of an exposed metal coating and a cylindrical coil spring wrapped inside it. Metal cladding can be a single layer of metal or two layers of metal (jacket and lining). The single layer or lining material can be copper, aluminum, nickel, silver, mild steel, stainless steel, Inconel, tantalum, zirconium and titanium, etc. The outer shell can be soft metal such as aluminum, silver, nickel, gold, indium, etc. Depending on the application, the spring material is stainless steel (such as 304) or Inconel spring wire (such as Inconel X750 or Alloy 718).
advantage:
◆ The plastic deformation produced by the coating layer can fill in the tiny unevenness and defects of the flange;
◆ Excellent compression rebound performance and nuclear industry sealing performance;
◆ Chemical corrosion resistance and nuclear radiation resistance;
◆ Ability to compensate for the stress relaxation of the sealing ring caused by temperature and pressure fluctuations;
◆ Able to achieve very low leakage rate: <10 -9Pa·m3/s (helium, △P=1bar).
application:
TS G90 metal C-shaped sealing ring is used in sealing requirements and high sealing reliability occasions that traditional elastomers and other non-metallic seals cannot meet, such as high vacuum, high temperature, high pressure, high speed, vibration or cyclic load conditions. It has become an important seal in vacuum, ultra-vacuum, aerospace, nuclear industry, military industry, valves and other industrial fields.
