TS G5 polytetrafluoroethylene coated gasket is made of inner core materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) or expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE) that are coated and compressed with asbestos-free sheets, rubber sheets, flexible graphite sheets, etc.

TS G5 polytetrafluoroethylene coated gasket not only takes advantage of the chemical corrosion resistance of PTFE (except for molten alkali metals and high-temperature fluoride), but also takes advantage of the advantages of the inner core gasket's high mechanical strength, good resilience, and resistance to cold flow creep.

application:

TS G5 polytetrafluoroethylene coated gaskets are mainly used for gasket sealing of various pipelines, containers and equipment in highly corrosive media such as strong alkalis, acids, halogens, etc., or in food, pharmaceutical and other industries that avoid contamination. Widely used in chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and food industries. The operating temperature range is -200~260℃, and the upper limit of operating pressure is 40bar.

Cutaway type	TS G510	The most commonly used and economical gasket, suitable for a variety of applications where abrasive media are removed. The upper limit of operating pressure is 20bar.
Folding type	TS G520	Suitable for large diameter gaskets and toxic media. The upper limit of operating pressure is 20bar.
Machined type	TS G530	Suitable for abrasive media and thicker core materials to reduce trapped liquid at the flange ID. The upper limit of operating pressure is 20bar.
Cutaway type	TS G540	The inner core is made of multi-layer asbestos-free compression plates, flexible graphite plates, etc., which improves the mechanical strength of the gasket. The upper limit of operating pressure is 20bar.
Cutaway type	TS G550	The inner core is a multi-layer gasket reinforced with punch holes or corrugated metal sheets to improve the mechanical strength and cold flow creep resistance of the gasket. The upper limit of operating pressure is 40bar.
