Features and applications:
The insulation group is composed of insulating gaskets, bolt insulating sleeves, insulating washers and steel washers. The insulation group is used to electrically insulate two adjacent pipeline flanges to inhibit electrochemical corrosion. It is suitable for the insulation protection of pipelines in offshore, seawater environments, oil refining, petrochemical plants, refineries and other pipelines.

The outer diameter of the insulating gasket of the insulation group is consistent with the outer diameter of the flange ring. When the bolt holes opened in the gasket and the bolts are accurately in place, insufficient flange insulation can be prevented. |
