Features:
TS G7 graphite composite reinforced gasket is composed of metal foil, punch-hole metal sheet or metal mesh plate and high-purity, low-ignition loss flexible graphite plate. The use of internal and external metal rims can prevent the penetration of the sealing medium, facilitate installation and disassembly, and prevent the gasket from being damaged. It also prevents oxidation of the gasket in the sealing medium and outside air, and improves the temperature and pressure resistance of the gasket. In addition to general industrial applications, our company can provide high-purity flexible graphite gaskets and plates (with a carbon content of more than 99.7%) that meet special requirements, such as nuclear power, military industry and other industrial applications.

TS G7 has good corrosion resistance, compression resilience and sealing performance, high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, and radiation resistance. The bolt tightening load is smaller than that of metal gaskets and metal spiral wound gaskets. It does not have high requirements on the flange sealing surface. It is an economical, practical and asbestos replacement sealing gasket.
