Features and applications:
TS G7300 expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE) joint seal (Joint Sealant) is a sealing material made of 100% pure expanded polytetrafluoroethylene using a unique processing technology. The microporous structure produced by expansion not only retains the excellent chemical corrosion resistance of polytetrafluoroethylene (except for molten alkali metals and high-temperature fluorides), but also has excellent flexibility, good compression resilience, resistance to cold flow creep and high tensile strength and other unique mechanical properties. The operating temperature range is from -268°C to 315°C, and the pressure range is from vacuum to 200bar. It is an ideal sealing material for medium and low-temperature flanges of pipelines, pumps, ventilation and air-conditioning systems. In an environment with a pH range of 0 to 14, it can withstand chemical corrosion from most media and complies with FDA requirements. It can reliably seal large, complex or damaged flange sealing surfaces. It has the characteristics of rapid installation and on-site forming, avoiding unnecessary waste of waiting work, making it more convenient and economical to use.
